Jo recently photographed our wedding on 10th October. Jo made us all feel so comfortable and made the experience fun (I'm not usually one for having my picture taken)! but I felt completely at ease throughout the day. Jo is such a lovely bubbly person and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a photographer. The pictures are AMAZING - I can't stop looking at them! Jo was our wedding photographer for our wedding in July 2021. She is amazingly friendly and we would recommend her to absolutely everyone! Her photos are absolutely amazing and we love them all (as do our friends and family). They are so high quality and really capture the day with an amazing mix of the classic formal shots with lots of fun candid natural ones! Jo has also been very helpful to us and has stuck with us when we had to cancel due to COVID. In fact she messaged us when York Council cancelled all weddings from March July 2020 to let us know they had done so. We were at the end of June so low down on the registrars list to notify and without Jo we would have found out two days after the announcement. Thanks to Jo we managed to move all our suppliers across and still got a Saturday in the summer! She also knew our venue very well and was able to answer questions we had on this as well with how photos would work etc. She was incredibly friendly throughout, met up with us multiple times prior to the wedding to ensure we were comfortable and familiar with each other, making the flow on the day much smoother. Jo was very helpful on the day (including teaching the groomsmen how to put the flowers through the button holes correctly). Her expert knowledge of weddings made sure she could address any of our questions. Her photos really were beautiful, with amazing lighting set up, she has all the necessary equipment to make the lighting always work and make it look bright even if its doomy and dark! If youre looking for a wedding photographer I would 100% recommend going with Jo, she is so friendly and so professional and we absolutely love all of our pictures from her and cannot stop looking at them which is handy as they already decorate our house!

Well where to begin... Jo is absolutely fantastic!! I had met Jo from working in the hospitality industry and had always loved her photos! We had a small wedding at York Register Office and afterwards wanted to capture some pictures in the beautiful city of York at twilight with the Christmas lights. Myself and my now husband aren't huge fans of posing for photos but Jo made us feel so at ease telling us how to stand and where to place ourselves! We are IN LOVE with our photos and can't stop looking at them! You can tell Jo absolutely adores what she does and the passion and enthusiasm really shows.
