        Ive never had to call a vets before, and had no experience. The lady who took my call was so so helpful, and explained everything. She got me in for an emergency appointment for just over 2 hours after I called. The vet was brilliant - he was very informative and was very sensitive in the way he was explaining things. It wasnt looking very optimistic for my hamster, which I knew, but the vet was ready to try fluids and antibiotics and seemed to really care. I cannot fault the service at all, it was excellent and Im glad to say my hamster is back to her normal self! I wasnt on a healthcare plan, so paid the emergency call out, but I was quite happy to pay that for the service Ive received.
