Fantastic customer service, I had a problem with my oil level warning light on my V70 that another garage had just serviced, I called the garage and they invited me to come down that day for them to check it over. Within 20 minutes of being there, they had discovered that only 50% oil was in when I was invoiced for a full oil fill, they duly filled the oil up showing me the hidden dipstick reader under the engine sump. (The garage that serviced it was suggestjng I have a new electronic oil reader sensor fitted) Very impressed, I have used Dyrdals over the years and never been disappointed. Gave my volvo a service but couldn't complete the work (fan belt tensioner) because they didn't have a specialist Volvo tool. I wouldn't mind if they were a normal garage but they market themselves as Volvo specialist, I would therefore expect them to have Volvo specific tools. They later called and explained to me that the fan belt tensioner tool is not available to non Volvo garages and that it is a rare occurrence for them not to be able to do work.

(Edit 2022): The labour charges have been quite high for service. I may restrict my visits to just troubleshooting issues. Paul was courteous and gave the impression that he's got a great deal of experience and knowledge. There were some squeaky and humming brakes after service, but they looked into it for no extra charge (part of the issue was it just not getting bedded in, so not their fault). They also seem to have resolved a clutch pedal issue with my V40, that "people on internet forums" has mixed success resolving at other garages. It was a good experience and I'll be going back again if my car needs troubleshooting.
