Autopoint York

I purchased a Jaguar XF Sportbrake from Steve and Ross at Autopoint York. They were professional and helpful throughout the whole process, offered to deliver the car for me and then changed the paperwork when I said I'd prefer to collect it. The dealership is only a 10 minute walk from York station which is very helpful. The car was immaculately presented, with full MOT and exactly as described on their ad in Autotrader. I would thoroughly recommend them as good, decent, honest and trustworthy car salesmen. And it's not often I find myself saying that! Thanks guys. Very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased a Mini Countryman 1.6 Cooper S all4 less than a month ago. Was a no pressure friendly sale and they couldnt be more helpful. Id read the reviews both positive and negative and did some research into the company before hand. So I knew what I was getting into. Honestly I cant fault them at all. Full check and a service done on the car before I got it, with a firm promise if I came across anything I could come back and they would fix it at no charge. Sadly due to a family emergency I hadnt driven the car much, however I did notice a knocking as there is bumpier roads near my home location. Straight away they gave me the number and address of the company they use and I was booked in. There was no arguing or anything like that. No push back, just a firm statement that they would sort it. There was a slight delay in parts but it was all sorted out at no additional cost to myself. I also cant fault them for not noticing it sooner, as there is a big difference between the flat roads of York and the bumpier roads of West Yorkshire. This is deffo a company that takes pride in what they do. Staff are friendly and approachable. The garage that they also work with are also attentive. They try and keep you in the loop as much as possible too. Honestly though, I would buy from them again easily.

Really happy with my BMW 1 series from Autopoint. Steven the sales person was great and arranged everything for me so I could get my car in delivered time for starting a new job. The car was delivered by Will who was a really lovely chap. Ive taken the car for a good spin and it drives beautifully. So far so good. Thank you very much Autopoint for the great service.

Ive just looked at reviews now Im not sure I would buy from here , Im Acomb thought Id have a change from buying from a random!! Dont know if there attitude!! Or professionalism has to changed for the better reading these reviews!!!

Had a great experience buying from Autopoint York. Declan made sure everything went smoothly and spent as long as I needed going through all the features of the car I bought. Highly recommended.
