        Took 3 weeks between them and my work to organise my brakes to be fixed. Not great updates on work. Friendly office staff.

        If I could give 1 star i would, my van is currently with this company been with them a week, after been told it would be with them couple of days max. No updates at all whatsoever as to what is happening with it, if they need to keep it longer ? ! .. no communication, tried calling all week with no answer phones going dead, & when I finally did get in touch with someone they said there waiting on a part, dont know when it will be ready, and also told me it wasnt under warranty when it was, not great at all thank goodness I have it tracked otherwise I wouldnt know where it is! Disgraceful really ..

        NETV York had our FIAT Ducato camper van on their premises over summer 2022, awaiting repair because of a gearbox problem. Every time they got a public authority vehicle in for service/repair, they told us that it took priority over ours and they bumped us down the queue. It was 2 to 3 day job but it took them over 10 weeks to do the work. Unethical? Unprofessional? Be aware.
