We had a ton of questions and Nathan answered them all and was also super patient with us when we were trying to decide what car we wanted. We collected our car yesterday and are super happy with it! I purchased a 23 plate Suzuki Swift S-ZL dealing with AJ throughout. Firstly thank you for your quick responses. I live 150 miles from the dealership but chose Batchelors due to their efforts to give me the best deal possible. Nothing was too much trouble. I was updated throughout the process. I purchased a vehicle from stock and my part exchange price matched the highest offer I had been given. I cannot fault the process from ordering to delivery by Batchelors own delivery team. I had a full and comprehensive handover which was very much appreciated done and arranged by AJ at extremely short notice to fit in with my plans. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a new/used vehicle to look no further than AJ and this dealership.

As I live 100+ miles away in Northumberland I enquired about the car online as I had been looking for this model, but was unable to source closer to me. I spoke to Nathan Vertigan who was extremely helpful and answered all questions on the vehicle and sent a video walk around which helped me make up my mind to go ahead and buy online. Nathan arranged all the necessary paperwork and sorted delivery within a week. You need to know your delivery driver (John?) is exceptional - he is certainly an asset to your company. He has an excellent manner and made sure I was happy with the car and it's operation and was able to answer ongoing questions as necessary.
