So very impressed with Jack. He's been hand to offer advice and support for a tricky little building project that hasn't been going to plan, through no fault of his own. He's given far more time to me than he need have (or was paid for, for that matter). His input has been greatly appreciated.

I contacted JM Engineering to undertake some structural design work for a residential project. Jack came out to survey the property and was incredibly friendly and professional. The communication throughout the design was prompt and easy to understand. He took the time to discuss the design options available to me, allowing me to understand the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend JM Engineering to family or friends and would happily use their services again. Jack Merritt came out to inspect the structural safety of our chimney. He was friendly, professional and really helpful. He took the time to show me what he was looking at and to explain it all which was really interesting. We got the results promptly. Highly recommend.
