Leigh was great. The whole process was very long and drawn out. Nothing to do with Emerson Memorials b ut when I spoke to Leigh and said that I really wanted to have mums plaque in place for Christmas and the anniversary of her passing, she delivered. Thank you Leigh. - Sam Dunlop and Family
