Hygge Massage

After suffering an injury during a football game I decided to see a sports massage therapist and was recommended Hygge Massage by a friend. The treatment was really thorough and Louise was clearly very qualified. My injury is now very much on the mend and I have a regular booking with Hygge Massage every month - its the best investment I can think of!

I've been to Hygge Massage three or four times now and every time I have come away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Louise knows exactly what she is doing and how to treat sore muscles - could not recommend enough! Thank you Louise!

The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the welcoming atmosphere, there is an excellent feel to the room and you are made to feel at ease straight away. Something I especially liked was how easy the initial consultation was and how it was done professionally but always making sure I was happy and comfortable., it was also extremely helpful as I now understand my back pain better. I will definitely be returning and can highly recommend this service to anyone

Been around 5 times so far and loved it! Louise was great at really getting the whole picture of posture, which muscles were tense or uncomfortable and what I wanted before she started the massage. I felt really at ease and Louise even worked out some problem muscles for me that no one else has previously noticed, despite me having been to sports massage therapists and physios (both NHS & private) in the past. I can wholeheartedly recommend her and can't wait for my next booking!
