        My wife needed a new rubber ferrule for her walking stick, Timpsons didnt have the right size, so the fella used an off cut of a previously fitted sole to what was left on the wifes walking stick. The repair was better than a new ferrule and no cost. We didnt get his name, but thanks.

        Ripped my bike jacket whilst going to tescos, stopped at the timpsons there and they repaired it there and then whilst i shopped. Friendly service, excellent price and superb customer service. Highly recommend

        I would just like to say a huge thankyou to the gentleman who works at this store, he was very kind friendly and helpful when I struggled to get my car started. He went above and beyond to help me. He checked my car over, checked and changed my battery of my car kry and also rang another company to see what else.he could do. I'm go grateful to him. If any chance please could he raise a bonus. Sorry didn't get his name. Tesco Askham bar unit york
