        I would like to give this repair shop 7 stars. They repaired my favorite Jeffrey West shoes that JW themselves refused to repair. The job was very tricky because the shoes are an odd shape and need a single long piece of dyed leather to be done properly. The shoes are effectively as good as new and I could not be happier. To be completely transparent they did take longer than promised but it was worth the wait. True craftsmanship.

        I picked my boots up today, and they did a marvellous job of repairing them (my boots were in a very sorry state)! Not only this, but the price was more than fair and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend enough.
