        If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay in the heart of York then look no further. Franklins Apartments are absolutely stunning in every aspect. Beautifully decorated and finished, spotlessly clean, super comfy beds and sofa's to relax on. Everything was thought through and nothing left out that we could think of to guarantee a lovely stay: bathrobes, reed diffusers and shampoo to champagne and flutes and every kitchen utensil we could ever need. Lavish welcome hamper. Location is central but quiet. Plenty of restaurants close by. Booking was a breeze and Kirsty knew exactly who we were when we arrived. This is a very professional organisation. We hope to return to York as we had a lovely stay and would certainly choose Franklins. We were very sad to leave. We had a wonderful time.

        We just enjoyed another wonderful stay at Franklins Apartments in York. They are truly the best! Impeccably and professionally run like a hotel but with the comforts of home. Franklins are perfectly situated just off one of the most charming streets in York with great restaurants, coffee, pubs and shops, but tucked away where it is quiet and a welcome respite at the end of a day of visiting and site-seeing. A lovely basket of goodies, essentials in the fridge, table set, inviting decor and plenty of storage.The responsiveness of the management team is outstanding, they are genuine and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!
