Gary is superb. I dont have a contract with Ryther Alarms but Gary was able to assist me with a fault on my alarm over the phone. Quick response, great information and really kind and helpful. I know exactly where to come when I do need a service or further help. Highly recommend

Ant and Shane came last week to install me one of their quality sets of CCTV cameras with recording hard drive and other equipment. Originally contacted them to discuss my businesses needs, the cctv system and its capabilities. This fitted in with what exactly what i needed to monitor my work vehicle and storage areas. Agreed a date to go ahead and install. Both arrived prompt as agreed. Shown the equipment. Discussed areas to be monitored and sought their advice on maximising coverage. All professionally equipment was professionally installed and also linked to my mobile phone. Very happy with the entire service, punctuality, knowledge of their product and importantly the overall cost to my business. Would I recommend them to anyone else, definitely. We recently purchased a house in York and the previous owner did not leave the manual on how to use the alarm. I contacted Ryther Alarms and Gary kindly took the time to explain how the alarm system worked and where I could download the manual from as it is quite an old alarm. He then booked an engineer to come out and test the alarm and replace the battery at a time that was convenient for me. Shane Smith arrived promptly at the time he was booked in for and was such a lovely, pleasant guy to deal with. He took the time to explain how to use the alarm (we were a bit slow on the uptake as we have never had an alarm before), and then recoded, changed the battery and tested the alarm. I would highly recommend Ryther Alarms to family and friends. The experience dealing with the guys from beginning to end was excellent and there were no pushy sales pitches either.

Less than a month into moving into a new flat, had issues with the alarm at a late hour. Shane came to help us, arrived quickly considering the time and was friendly, helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend! Thanks :)
