Krunchy's Sandwich Bar

My friend and I are visiting York this week and decided to grab a sandwich from here. What a mistake! We had two granary baps with fillings and they were so stale. I had egg mayo and the bun was so dry as I took it out from the bag it fell to pieces. We could not eat them, they were awful. We had moved away from the area when we realised or we would have gone back to complain.,

While the food was amazing in its own right, what really convinced me to write this review (something I dont usually do) was the incredible customer service I received. I was seen to by a lovely woman with blonde hair who immediately greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and asked me about my day. While this may have just been a simple act of customer service, it made my otherwise terrible day much better. Bravo

Great prices and food was amazing, customer service was 10/10 and the lady with the blonde hair was very helpful and kind.
