AVOID - USE A PROFESSIONAL AGENCY. Having experience owning a company and using recruitment agencies, this one comes at the bottom of the barrel. A warning to all company directors thinking to use Amber Mace: the agents do not get back to candidates following interviews or at all. Having lost my company due to covid and becoming a candidate myself, this was difficult enough. However following an interview I emailed multiple times, called multiple times and never got a response or heard how the interview went. I was then contacted by another staff member regarding a different position to whom I mentioned my disappointment, to get no response again or care. Company run by young and unprofessional people who do not care about the candidates, only getting mass people in for interview and then cant be bothered to keep them up to date. In short, If you want to damage the reputation of your company then use Amber Mace. Recruitment firms dont come cheap and I feel it necessary to warn all companies of what happens behind the scenes that you have no idea of- you only see the successful candidate. For the fees you pay to a recruitment agency, this is just not acceptable.
