        I had a recommendation about these guys from a friend and then arranged for my nephew to go on some viewings with his friend group. They found a lovely place with Modern Student Accommodation York and Angela spoke with me personally to keep me in the loop as well (I wanted to ask a few things and make sure he was in good hands). Kind woman, very attentive and seems to put the students first which is nice.. My nephew now has been in the house since September and is loving it. Says that Angela or he staff are there whenever something is needed and they get things sorted out quick. I still havent had a chance to visit but hoping to do so soon. Thank you Angela and team.

        Took about 5 weeks of calling and emailing for a reply, just to find out that although the website claimed all houses were available, there was actually only one left
