        the lady that works here is so completely rude, after asking about how to post a parcel. I felt humiliated as she shouted at me how I could post something that big. Im so embarrassed. Ill never go here again. Absolutely shameful behaviour. Maybe a customer service course may be helpful for her Dont use this shop, go somewhere friendly
