Outstanding service. I received a call from a tenant first thing on a Wednesday morning, complaining that the boiler wasn't working. After a quick google, I found Nortons - called them, and it was sorted within a few hours. No hassle/messing around/excuses - just job done. And a reasonable price, too. Will be using them again...
