Paid for delivery and had to get dressed to go outside to collect as was told it is company policy .JOKE .and no Pepsi with the order so now eating pizza with no drink after spending 32

Ordered arrived without drink, driver said they should have called as they ran out, called them said it would be refunded, never was. Very shady!

Absolutely fantastic food. However the service was absolutely horrendous. We ordered online, I phoned an hour later to see where the food was and they said they didn't have an order come through. We went to the store, showed them the order email and bank transaction, but they still made us order and pay again. Still currently disputing the first payment with the bank. Bloody useless

Use to love papa johns, but last few times its gone downhill, my daughter margarita has hardly any cheese, its like tomato on bread, the toppings are sparse, try not doing so many offers if you can't maintain the quality of the pizzas
