Best in York by far, always super friendly and always have my medication in because my local pharmacy boots on tanghall lane never have it in or ready on time. So I go to monkbat pharmacy. They are always spot on.

New staff always make you wait and tell you it's going to be a 20 minute even when they've had the prescription for a week already and then the fool behind the glass saying it all needs counting and the electronic prescription has only just come through despite the fact I had a text telling me it was there and ready 4 days prior...new staff are clueless at best and need to take some big steps forward if they're to come close to the guys that were there before, Jack is still the best worker there by far and will always go above and beyond but the rest, I don't have much time for!

Service from Monkbar Pharmacy has been absolutely wonderful. Weve just used them for three holiday jabs for my 8 year old and Ruth at the pharmacy was so incredibly kind and thoughtful and chatty with my daughter that she looked forward to going rather than dreading it. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

Ruth gave me my travel vaccines and she was such a lovely nurse, made me feel very at ease
