Tesco Pharmacy

At pharmacies and GP surgeries, there are signs on the counter saying, please be courteous to out staff. I'd like to point out, that, this works both ways, has wasn't the case today, Sat 29th April, when a member of staff at Tesco pharmacy was unhelpful and rude to my wife, who is a cancer patient, and through no fault of her own had to call 111 to obtain an emergency prescription to aid her breathing. Absolutely disgusting.

Staff always helpful and polite. I just wish they published when their busy times are,as I've tried multiple times today to phone them fo see if my meds are ready, and also to give them my email address.

I had run out of my medication the tesco staff on duty on Friday morning 14th April couldn't have been more helpful in telling me what to do and how to go about it

Phone rings 4 times then hangs up on you. Tried for over an hour to get through and as I can't make it to the store as I have a disability, I'm now without my meds because they can't be bothered to answer the phone!
