This evening I was shocked at the total lack of customer service I received here. I simply questioned my repeat prescription for my 8 year old child with a serious medical condition. To be told thats not my or the pharmacies problem. The individual I spoke tonight, spoke with no thought or understanding to me and wasnt even interested in listening to the reason I presented shame on you

Extremely lovely staff members, they went the extra mile: dealt with my query quickly and kept my toddler entertained, never experienced this before elsewhere. This was my first visit here. Thank you again

Looks like lady at the counter does not know what is the difference between 'can't sell' and 'do not have it in stock', so my last visit was quite unpleasant. However in overall from my previous visits I do have positive experience with that pharmacy.

I get my medication delivered every week without fail and always on time and always with a smile from the driver my 2 drivers are Grahame & Brian....thanks to this chemist as they have gone well out of there way to help me and I would deffo recommend this living care pharmacy x
