        Thank you Jane, Ted looks and smells lovely once again Ted goes every 6 weeks for a wash cut and blow dry ,Jane does an amazing job i would not take him anywhere else.

        Didnt get any of my dogs knots out, hes all different lengths. Most of the knots hes come back with arent even close to the skin. They should be easy for a groomer to remove. Partner was happy at a glance as im sure hed had a bath, (and thats probably all hed had) but once she got him home she was upset at the terrible state of him. He still has tonnes of long fur between his paw pads, and he has a stress-induced bald patch on his stomach. This is after 2 visits within 1 week, second visit to try to amend the first. Got a refund, but our dog is an absolute mess. I dont think this lady is a professional groomer, and we wouldnt go back for free.
