        Visited the shop on the 28th looking for a gillet. First issue was no lift. Upstairs only accessible by climbing stairs. I have mobility issues so this was a major issue. I understand the building is listed but I am sure something could be done. Struggled upstairs. Initially thought it was worth it as they had what I wanted and it was in the sale (well according to the ticket on the rail!) Turned out it was not. So why was it on the sale rack? I like Mountain Warehouse and have bought a lot of clothes from them. I won't be using their York store again.
