Super helpful staff at this Specsaver branch, especially Gemma who helped me sort out 5 pairs of contact lenses only 5 minutes after I walked into the store this morning which are very important for my whole working week travelling to York. Even though the store doesnt stock toric lens, she understood my urgent need for the lenses and managed to find me the closest match which worked like a charm. Im considering re-subscribing to Specsavers contact lenses because of the service I received today.

Ive been going here for some time and always receive great service but my appointment with optometrist Hannah today was first class. I knew I had issues with my sight but the way she explained everything to me was fantastic, answered all my questions and put me at ease.

Just popped in for my third attempt at wearing contact lenses after two very unsuccessful previous visits. I couldn't even get close to getting one lens in before, but have just walked away with my trial lenses (free!) after doing the required demonstration of getting them in and out twice. Massive thanks to Joe who I had my appointment with and couldnt have managed without. Very helpful gent who was attentive, friendly, patient, and gave great advice. Couldnt have asked for a better teacher, cheers mate!

Broke my glasses, came in to get some contacts (first time) for the week before purchasing a pair at a different specsavers, woman in charge of contacts only gave me 20 minutes to get my contacts in out and back in again, didn't achieve this impossible task, left unsatisfied and still blind
