        My partner went here for an interview a few weeks ago. She then received a parking fine, for parking in THEIR car park! When we appealed the fine, we got a letter back saying its not their problem, and that it still has to be paid. 100 fine for an interview. Ridiculous.

        My dad's treatment was appalling,he had dementia and was bed bound but he was neglected,I couldn't wait to get him out of there!if your relative has dementia don't expect them to look after them properly.....

        I have given Minster Grange Care home a five star review. My aunt has been a resident in this care home for the past year. The home is very well run and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Alison the manager is so welcoming and helpful. The home is always very clean and the food is lovely. Well done to all of the staff for creating such a loving a happy environment for my aunt and all of the other residents.
