Even so, he sent updates regularly to ensure I was happy with how the tracks were progressing and was kind enough to take the time to talk me through the differences in the mixing and mastering processes.         As a newbie to recording and mixing, I asked Rob for 6 lessons to get me started with the process. He took me through a really well-structured course, which I was able to record and work from in my own time.
