A big thank you to Roger and the Team. We had a really difficult situation with a very poor solicitor on a remortgage which almost cost us 20k!!! But thanks to the tireless work and expert knowledge of Fulcrum, we got the mortgage deal through. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Tom Metcalfe was brilliant from start to finish! He listened to our situation and offered personalised options for us to choose from, each with a slightly different perspective in terms of short term cash flow vs long term repayment. We had a change in circumstances during the remortgage process, which meant Tom having to redo almost everything, he remained accommodating, responsive and professional throughout.
