I worked with Julie Taylor at Mappio Financial to get my recent mortgage offer and I couldnt recommend her more highly. Julie is highly professional and amazing at what she does, plus shes a real joy to work with. I was a challenging case from the start, but Julie very quickly scoured the market and found the best deal possible for me. She then went well above and beyond my expectations of customer service when the product was being pulled from the market at short notice. She pulled out all the stops to get the application in and held the company to account in getting it secured despite a massive backlog. Huge thanks, much appreciated!

John was recommended to me by a friend who had used MAPIO twice and as someone who is a FTB getting a recommendation or guidance in any direction can be a huge weight off your shoulders. This weight was even more removed when I spoke to John for the first time with a 1 hour introductory call. In that short time frame he managed to add clarity to every aspect of the home buying process, give me a clear and understandable set of expectations and most importantly for me, a very clear roadmap filled with next steps. Perhaps most impressively me and my partner have not only 1 but 3 sets of circumstances that make the buying process a minefield of complexity. John however didn't have any problem hearing the circumstances and being able to instantly identify the problem and match it with a solution to calm any worries on my end. I left our call with a very very clear vision and understanding.
