        Approached to enquire about getting a rollator but was greeted with "are you returning that, you are aware the office closes in an hour?" After I'd pulled my rollator (private owned) out of my car. I did not know they were a hire only place having finally found it, also I was not advised of anywhere that also hired/sold rollators though I'd stated I was looking for a taller rollator.
