I am always cautious when proprietors of small companies make promises, since they invariably renege over time. This was not the case with Darren at New Earswick Mobility York. I had consulted Darren over the purchase of a couple of scooters for family members some 3 years ago, and though I had reservations on purchasing both given the poor health of one member, he assured me that if the scooter was maintained in good condition, he would offer a fair price should the inevitable happen and I need to sell. To his word, Darren took back the used scooter without any hassle, and the funds received were used to purchase alternative disability products, a win situation all round. Darren has always been supportive and impartial in his discussions with me, and always puts the clients needs over profit, a rare but welcome viewpoint in todays world. Due to decline in health required to hire scooter for weeks holiday. Darran was just lovely and friendly giving good advice. Excellent communication pre arrival. Delivered and collected scooter from hotel. Made such a difference to our holiday. Very reasonable cost and very comfortable scooter. Highly recommend.
