    We went to wright's mobility this morning to buy a new mobility scooter for my wife the chap we delt with was very helpful he wasn't pushy and very reasonable priced we did a part exchange he couldn't have been more helpful I will definitely recommend them 200 percent thank you

    I'm confused...are you Wright's mobility or New Earswick mobility? Thought there was already a New Earswick mobility. This is confusing or are you trying to take customers from someone else?

    I phoned to get a quote for new battries and a service for a mobility scooter. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The cost for new batteries, fitted, was 100, that was within 10 of cheapest internet price for the same batteries; batteries, that I would have to fit myself. What's more they had the batteries in stock. As the scooter had been stood immobile for over 18 months I enquired about the cost of a service and was told 30. I took the scooter in at about 10 am the next day and was called around 2.30pm to say it was ready. The scooter was in great condition, working perfectly and running a lot smoother. There was none of the pressure selling and being told I'd be better off trading in I got from larger retailers. I paid exact the 130 I had been quoted and I got the first class service I wanted. I was told there was a years guaranteeon the job and to contact them if I had any problems. I will be dealing with this company again!
