***ADDITIONAL comments since response*** ***I'm not trying to slander the store or cause trouble or a fight or lie about anything but even though it was via deliveroo surely it is the stores responsibility to confirm the delivery/item availability? Anyway th8s is largely annoyance at not being able to call the store as a customer*** updated to 3 stars to reflect 1 star deducted per each point of criticism only Took 12 minutes to confirm an order which seemed bizarre but to be honest in my defence I was feeling restless, antsy and time seemed to drag while waiting not specifically solely because of that though but it didn't help! What I'm very annoyed at though in particular is there seems to be essentially and virtually no point whatsoever in attempting to phone call the store if you're a customer they clearly can't be arsed to speak on the phone, so if you're a customer and select the dial button option that asks if you are a customer, the automated voice speaks a load of rubbish telling you to go online then disconnects. Why offer that option only to let people down and fob them off? Why the hell is everything online these days? Even I prefer the older contact methods before everything became online only!!! My deliveroo driver was nice though :-) friendly and smiley but professional as well
