Had my brakes checked here, after Id been to two other garages who had told me that my brakes were fine. Atlas insisted that I the discs were warped, they said I needed new brake discs, pads and callipers, totalling 765. They also told me that the Nexham, tyres were wrong on my car and recommended some premium expensive options. Considering I travel about 6,000 miles per year, the car is almost 20 years old and has 92000 miles, I only replaced them 2 months ago. said this was too much and left. The next day I booked it in with National Tyres and Exhausts for a brake check. This is now the fourth garage, they have again told me that there is nothing wrong with my brakes, the overheating and squeaking, was due to a build up of brake dust, they needed cleaning and re-greasing. I would not use Atlas ever again! In this day and age when money is so tight for everyone they have the cheek to try and extort money for unnecessary work! Please beware that this place may do good work, but wether it is needed or not is another thing completely! Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

I don't usually like to write bad reviews, however I feel I must this time as I was really disappointed. I've used Atlas BMW twice - once more than I should have. First time I had them replace a waterpump and thermostat on my Z4. All seemed okay, however I got a coolant warning light shortly after collecting the car. Had to top it up with water and take it back to Atlas. The car was fixed and I decided to give them another chance due to their convenient location to where I work. Second time I used them I asked them to fix a number of issues - oil leaks, washer bottle leak and a headlight that had got water ingress and blown the bulb. The only communication I recieved was a text saying my car was ready to be collected. I therefore go to collect my car the next morning to find that only half the jobs have been done... the oil leaks are fixed, I'll give them that... The washer bottle I was told was a sensor issue... NO. It leaks, and has leaked for the entire time I've owned the car - I told them this when booking it in. So I'm charged for a sensor and antifreeze that won't fix the issue - fun! Then I have to ask why I can see my car still has a fogged up light which I had asked them to fix... I'm told that it needs a new headlight unit and the bulb still isn't working - okay, so why hasn't that been done? Idk, maybe they think having only one working headlight is the new rage...? At this point I decided I'll just pay the bill, take the car and find somewhere else that will do a proper job. Finally, to top it all off, when I drive home I get a oil low warning light on the dash. Once again another thing they haven't done properly. Personally I will never go near Atlas again. They don't tell you what's going on, they don't do all the jobs you ask and the jobs they do then lead to further issues... My advice is to avoid them
