        Would give zero stars if possible. Paid in advance for a years care. Grandads dementia worsened as such we had to move him to a care home. We requested a refund after serving the appropriate notice and they refused to refund even though it was agreed they would in the setup of the contract should this happen. Disgusting service at an already distressing time for any family. Stealing from a man with dementia how low can you get. Not responding to emails. We will be taking further action. Be aware -DO NOT USE
