        A friend recommended Home Instead. Frankly, I had not heard of the organisation, though how revolutionary they have been for my mothers health and wellbeing! Absolutely outstanding care, commitment, compassion and communication. The service, reporting back, care updates and in particular the bond they have formed with my mum has been incredible. She has another chapter to her life now that Home Instead are with her.

        Love working for home instead great support from the office staff very accommodating when I have any issues with working or scheduling. Paired with clients of similar interests. Enjoy going to work as each day brings different experiences regularly clients so you get to know them and a better understanding of their needs

        Ive been a care professional with Home instead York for nearly 9 yrs now, its a great company to work for as they actually care about our clients and about us. Being able to go to a client knowing that youll be there at least one hour is fantastic, the clients get to know us and we get to know them , they are an extended part of our family. Home instead make sure that the clients have Taylor made care for each and every client. I dont think I could work anywhere else. Rete

        A job as a carer is not something which I ever thought would be for me, but since joining Home Instead last year, I have never looked back. I love having a job where I can make a difference to other people's lives, my clients have been as important to me throughout lockdown as I hope I have been to them.

        I've been a CAREgiver for a year and a half now, i have cared for some lovely people that i have had the honour of knowing and getting to know their lives and story. CAREgiving is something that was new to me, and it has helped me develop skills i didn't know i had, and shine through on skills i do have, knowing i have made a difference to someones day or well being is a wonderful feeling, and the team at home instead are really supportive and encouraging.
