Visited Mary Shortles Shop in York. It is truly an amazing, magical place to visit. Even my boyfriend was fascinated. You just can't come away without buying something. I bought a beautiful Hansa Rabbit. We had a chat with Mary. Such a lovely person to chat too. Her devotion to her dolls is just amazing. I have now had 2 purchases online firstly a reborn doll and a doll for my daughter and my second purchase was a doll for my daughters birthday and a doll for my eldest daughter . Shipping was prompt and I was expecting delivery to take a few days but they came the next day which was fantastic. The dolls are gorgeous and after watching some YouTube videos Im hoping to come York to visit the store as it looks beautiful inside . I cant wait to make my next purchase x

I watched her YouTube videos, she seemed nice, but I had a gut feeling, I was about to check out her site, but reading the reviews. No surprise, I was quite right, and I changed my mind. And, its funny how the good reviews were from white customers, and the bad ones are from POC like me, I find it pathetic, but not surprise, because I too experience from a small white business owner who had treated me bad, in the past, but were charming with their white customers. I believe the bad reviews, if youre white, you would never understand. She should just say white only customers, its just sad that people are still ignorant. No wonder Meghan Markle moved from racist Britain! Not from UK, by the way, born in Canada.
