I came in yesterday and met two members of staff, Arianna was so friendly and I had a lovely chat with her. I didn't catch the other lady's name but she noticed I was struggling carrying too much and brought me a basket which I thought was really kind, and gave me some great advice about products I was looking for.

Today my daughter and I went to the York town centre store and were served by Catherine the store manager. We were incredibly impressed by her extensive knowledge that catered to our exact needs. Her customer service was outstanding and if you are in need of any advice then we would highly recommend speaking to Catherine.
