A couple of bits that could have been better:
1) The optician was weirdly rude. Seemed annoyed that I might be worried about my eyes as a customer. The issue is without years of optometry training (i.e. the situation any normal customer would be in) how am I supposed to know something is not worth worrying about. And if it isn't why do I have to be made to feel stupid.
2) Desk staff audibly slating other customers around the corner. Ok in fairness whoever it was did sound difficult, but if they have to discuss that, it seems more appropriate in private.
3) Premesis kind of weird, had to do all the pre-test bits standing in a busy corridor with people constantly passing behind me. If it wasnt for the other bits though, this would have been tolerable.
Got to be fair here: they did provide an eye test and to the best of my knowledge that was fine, but an unpleasant experience getting it. Would go somwhere else in the future.
