Stroud Resourcing

I joined Stroud resourcing as part of their graduate recruitment intake. The biggest appeal for me was their commitment to professional development, alongside their comprehensive inhouse training scheme they offer an apprenticeship. However, I soon came to realise they have so much more to offer than training. There's a whole support network there, working collaboratively to enhance each other both personally and professionally.

I joined the Stroud Resourcing team over 2 years ago as their Digital Marketing Coordinator. It's a breath of fresh air to work for a transparent employer that keeps you up-to-date on business progress, and genuinely cares about their team! Management is supportive and invested in employees' growth and well-being, with innovative company benefits that embody this. There's always a wonderful atmosphere both in the office and when working remotely, with a motivational, friendly team at the core. Hard work is recognised and rewarded and I have always felt like a valued team member. We love to celebrate the end of the month & quarter and the MD, Joanna, always goes the extra mile to make sure we know that we are appreciated.

I joined Stroud for their first summer graduate scheme intake, and have received consistent and comprehensive training since I started. The senior management team are supportive, and you are genuinely rewarded for your work (personally love winning the Tombola!). You have complete autonomy from the beginning and we are already managing our own sector and working on vacancies which is really exciting!
