Getting good home IT support nowadays is minefield, as I know to my cost. So it is encouraging to have had such good service and performance from IT4Home who examined my ailing desktop, made recommendations, fixed the problems and had the computer quickly available again and at a reasonable price. exceptionaly pleased with IT 4 HOME.I had (initialy)taken my "not recharging" laptop to a PC repair place that came with reputable reviews,,unfortunately I was pretty much told to buy a new laptop as they couldnt repair existing laptop,didnt even offer to check it over. So,I rang IT 4 HOME,oh!what a different attitude I received.Jake and Luke,both spoke to me with respect,talked me thru the possible problems,then even offered to come pick up laptop and take it to get checked out.SO,SO GLAD I called them,as I found out it was just my RECHARGER accessorie that was faulty!!! They ordered new charger,totally updated my laptop system and put in SD MEMORY card for me.I am very AMATEUR where technology is concerned ,so appreciated that IT 4 HOME actually investigated my laptop issues and repaired them rather than just "sending me away to just go buy another PC.I ,gladly paid for repair parts,as it saved me paying out so MUCH more for new laptop.I found there advert in YORK LOCAL LINK mag and it came with a 50 free repair discount.Totally recommend IT 4 HOME,and will go to them ,again,for any further issues,should they arise.THANK YOU for giving my laptop extra life. with regards susan holmes york

Last week a problem on the desk top PC was resolved quickly and efficiently. Today the Office software was updated to office 2016. This work was all completed by Tom who was very professional but also patient and friendly. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tom. Steve B
