L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

Visited the store this morning and met the beautiful Mary who was very knowledgeable welcoming and enthusiastic. Mary gave us a load of samples to try in store which felt and smelt divine. Decided to prioritise some essentials. Lovely 1st ever visit to a L'Occitane branch .

I loved my experience in loccitane today, Mary went above and beyond to multi task and provide every customer in the store a personal and fantastic level of service including me! It was fantastic to watch as someone who works in a similar role! She was and exemplary example of perfect customer service ! She was knowledgable and passionate about products and therefore I couldnt leave without a purchase ! Well done Mary and well done loccitane! Every customer left with a bag and a smile

Always take my wife here whenever we are in York and I must say the service is second to none. The assistant, I think her name is Mary, is an absolute credit to the company. Nothing is too much trouble and her attitude and nature are a joy to behold. In fact it makes the whole experience an event that both myself and Donna look forward to and I typically hate shopping. As soon I saw the store I just knew I had to visit, when I entered I browsed the stores many products until I was greeted by a shopping assistant who was very kind, She didn't hesitate to give me a deep explanation of the various products of which she allowed me to sample, I must say I was very impressed by the products and how she showed me how to use them, I really recommend this store for anyone who likes to take care of their skin! 100/10!
