We have had several issues on going for over 3 years now. their customer service team are beyond useless, they mix our issues up with other plots, we've had to repeat ourselves endlessly to try to get them to understand our issues, we've needed to chase them constantly, sometimes waiting over 2 weeks for a reply, and when we do finally get one it's usually completely missing the point. We have a lamppost installed on our land, they have admitted that this was done in error, they have apparently been having technical meetings on how to remove it for over 3 years, and the lamppost is still there now, despite use been told that they will finally be removing it in the 1st week of September, It's now 2 weeks later and we're still waiting on a reply to our email asking why it hasn't been removed, sent 4 days ago. 3 months after we moved in, Barrats also had contractors dig up the edge of our garden without notice to plant a hedgerow, which according to Barrats and the landscaping company they use, MHS, is thriving, however it's quite clear to see that it's actually completely dead..
