I had a full building survey done and it has been a great investment - valuable insight and genuine concern for not just the purchase but how I will live in the property. I have previously paid for a similar survey with another surveyor and received the report with no contact and gained no insight into the property. I have used Richard a few times now over the past few years, and service is always exceptional. The report is always very comprehensive and Richard always goes above and beyond both in the level of detail, and also customer service / follow up call to discuss the report. Richard is very professional and knowledgeable, giving some really good advice/info. Couldn't recommend him any more, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
