Overall, quite disappointing. I stayed here from 11/09/2019 - 02/09/2020. The Good. The facilities are quite good. The cinema is great, the rooms are good, with good soundproofing and fittings. The gym is small but still adequate. Small common area. The Bad. While I was staying at Samuel Tuke there was no receptionist. This was an absolute joke, not to mention total lack of respect to the residents who are paying high accommodations costs for premium accommodation. Reporting a problem and picking up a parcel was incredibly annoying. Staff were starting and quitting constantly. Seems like they have some management problems. New staff would come in and leave frequently. Samuel Tuke was very rarely cleaned. Common areas are supposed to be cleaned which almost never happened. During COVID this seemed even more stupid. Finish. Samuel Tuke could be a great place to live. However the way the place is managed makes it quite poor. Also I heard from some friends the hot water at Samuel Tuke was unavailable for a decent amount of time this year (2022). I would choose somewhere else if I was you.

Have been here a year, now coming into the second, and the number off staff they have had join and leave is a joke. New management dont give you 5 minutes to yourself before demanding money we dont have, as we are waiting for our loan. They come into your place whenever they please, talk to you like a child and are just overall rude. Only staying out of convenience of not moving all our stuff but wish we just commuted.
