SHOCKING I CONSTANTLY RUN OUT OF MEDICATION FOR WEEKS AT A TIME ,WE ORDER ONLINE WE ORDER THROUGH THE NHS APP AND THE DOCTORS ORDERED A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ,,,STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED ,,,I AM ON THE PHONE AGAIN.VERY GOOD THOUGH TODAY 5/4 /2003 FINALLY GOT AN APPOINTMENT AND EVERYTHING WAS SORTED OUT AND MIX UP OF MEDICATION EXPLAINED ,EXCELLENT TODAY AND VERY HELPFULL.MORE COMMUNICATION NOW AND EVERYTHING IS GETTING SORTED I AM VERY GRATEFULL .PLUS I NOW HAVE MY MEDS ...

The doctors and staff are trying their very best under difficult circumstances. Overworked, and still try and do their best for their patients. I have been very fortunate, obviously frustrated, but it is not the doctors, nurses and reception's fault. Please patients, they only human and working very long hours.

I've been attending here since the surgery was back in Petergate. I've always had absolutely fantastic care from any GP I've seen here. From Dr Greenwood, Dr Woodrow, Dr Aluwahlia (much missed) and last but not least the lovely Dr Hammond (both of them). You've all looked after me and now my children for many many years and work so hard. You really are appreciated

Worst GP practice that exists, unhelpful, rude, arrogant! You can never arrange anything with them and the manager is just rude and the most unhelpful human alive. She's not bothered about anything or anyone as long as she gets paid her salary. She's unwilling to make her mistake right, always looking for excuses and there's always someone else that she puts the blame on! She just don't feel accountable for anything that she does!! I hope someone will finally look into how this place is being managed and deliver P45's to people that don't deserve a job at the health service! They always somehow manage to make it from bad to worse for their patients. Absolute disgrace and waist of tax payers money!

Cannot fault them. Had a very poorly old friend and staff and Dr Hammond could not help enough. Managed to get face to face appointments with both doctors and nurses to help her. They listened to my problems and were very respectful towards my friend. Thank you all so much
