    I bought a table from the clifton Moor shop last Saturday paying for delivery a week later, which was yesterday. They said I would be called/texted when the delivery is expected on the day so I could be in. By 11.30 I hadn't heard anything so called the shop who said they were loading the van and should call shortly. I went out for a few mins and when I got back they had been with no call or text leaving a note to rearrange. I was so mad I got a refund for the table. When getting a refund they had the cheek to show me a screen shot on a phone which they said they texted and i replied, which was a blatant lie. Avoid this branch at all costs! If I could put no stars i would. Absolutely the worst delivery service.

    The staff in store were pleasant, polite, professional, helpful and relatively friendly and smiley. I had been searching for a replacement sofa to take over an old one that's on its way out (not sellable at all) and my only piece of criticism is the sofa has a smell of cigarettes clinging onto the material as a whole, like it's come from somebody's home who used to smoke indoors, I'm really hoping it disappears with time and TLC and having phoned the store the lady on the phone was reassuring, calm and collected, helpful and polite so thank you to that lady. It's comfy, lovely and beautiful and it could smell of worse things than this. The store assured me that any item of furniture such as sofas and beds are thoroughly cleaned to a professional cleanliness standard and I don't doubt that, I doubt they'd fib about something like that considering it's a store representing the BHF! But things like this can happen, and of course I will look into trying my best to tending to it myself. I'm not here trying to lie, or slander or cause trouble these are my honest thoughts and experiences. Don't hesitate to browse the store and help support the research. Update since original review: Instore were absolutely smashing! So friendly, polite yet professional and very helpful, warming, smiley, patient and understanding!

    A great store with lots of good quality pieces of furniture. I paid 25 for delivery and the delivery service recieved was shocking. I was told it could be anytime in the daytime but they would call me day of with a two hour window. They called around 2pm, which I missed, I called them back an hour later and they said they hadn't set off yet but were on their way. It was getting to be close to 6pm, with no arrival, and we had dinner plans. Still no update, so I called. They said that I could call the store to rearrange but the shop was closed so I asked them to continue the delivery as I didnt want to have to end up paying twice. We had to cancel the plans as they didn't get to us until around 8pm. When booking the delivery, I had previously opted for the day before but as I couldn't guarantee I'd be in that morning and I was told it could be anytime in the day, I didn't want to risk it. You should implement a system where it is either a morning or afternoon slot so a whole day is not wasted waiting for something that ends up turning up in the late evening. I do not consider daytime to be 8pm.
