Better Student Homes

Andy has shown a great interest in making sure we had everything we needed from day one of moving in. Any small issues that we picked up along the way were resolved within a matter of days, usually next day. Its been such a comfort to know that Andy is wanting to activitly work with us to make our stay here as happy as possible. The house is lovely and we couldn't ask for a more involved landlord, he truly has our best interests at heart. Huntington Road Group.

Andy has been our landlord in york for the past 2 years, we moved between 2 of his houses both being as brilliant as each other, and I wouldnt change either of them. I cannot express enough how amazing andy has been, no task or problem no matter how small or big he was able to solve immediately. He has 100% made our university life more enjoyable! If your looking to rent in york choose better student homes, because they will get snatched up quick!!

Andy is a great landlord. He's really responsive when you need maintenance help and extremely fair. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Brilliant landlord, and lovely person. Help me out a lot when I needed to leave the tenancy as well as maintenance when I was in the house. Would highly recommend staying in one of his houses.
