Molly Browns - Mother of the Bride & Bridal York

Carol at Molly Browns was excellent so friendly, patient but professional too and she gave me advice on what dresses suited me the best. I was shopping for a Mother of the Groom dress but also purchased a second outfit for my Godsons wedding in July as the quality and choice in the store was outstanding. Thank you Molly Browns for making it a lovely shopping experience.

0 stars if I could. Ive never felt so judged in my life! Came in with my family to see if we could find a fascinator for my mum. The looks we got and the rudeness of the staff was honestly awful, I will never return. I would be horrified to know that my customers had felt the way we did in my shop. Being a mother of the bride should be such a lovely, warm, welcoming experience with lots of excitement, but I just felt sorry for my mum as it was nothing of the kind!!

Popped in to look at Mother of the Groom outfits for my son's August wedding. Wasn't expecting to find anything as i hadn't made an appointment or felt i was dressed appropriate for trying on. I was greeted by a lovely lady called Sue, who helped me with a few dresses and i found the one for my son's special day. There was no pressure to buy just good advice and a giggle was had along the way as i wasn't prepared for trying on! Thanks for being so friendly and helpful.
