        The counter opening times are a joke . 9:30 - 2pm so you need to book a day off to get a substantial amount of cash out . Its ridiculous

        I made a standing order for my rent. It was taken twice in the same date at the same time. When I called them, they said they do not know who fault it is and could not even solve it. The online banking and the app do not even show the standing order. You should go to the branch to check or modify it. None sense
